How much is the booking deposit?
The booking deposit for all hires is 50% of the total balance.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may result in the deposit being non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are welcome and will be accommodated subject to availability, with the deposit transferred to a new date where possible.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before pickup or delivery on the day of your event
Self-Drive FAQ
What is the minimum age to hire a supercar?
The minimum age is 25 years old.
What licence is required to hire a supercar?
Drivers must hold a current full New Zealand driver licence or another approved licence. International drivers must also provide a valid passport and an international driver's licence/permit.
What is the security deposit for self-drive?
The standard insurance excess typically ranges from NZD $5,000 to $10,000. This excess can be paid as a security deposit, or we will place a hold on this excess on your credit card at the time of collection, and it will be released once the car is returned and inspected.
Do I pay for insurance?
All of our self-drive rentals include comprehensive car insurance for anyone aged 25+
What is the KM limit?
The limit is 200KM per day. Additional Kms can be purchased.
What is an excess?
Excess is the amount payable by the customer in case of damage or loss to the car.
Do you offer self-drive hires outside Auckland?
Yes. Travel can be arranged; however, additional charges apply depending on the distance, route, and booking type. Please contact us with your travel details for a custom quote and approval.

How do I book a car?
Booking is simple. Choose your date and number of hours, select your car(s) and then pay a 50% deposit to confirm. Once the deposit is received, your booking is secured.
How long can I book a chauffeur for?
Chauffeur service is available for a maximum of 8 hours per booking. If you require additional time, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
What chauffeur services do you provide?
We provide professional chauffeur services for high school balls, weddings, VIP events, airport transfers, photo & video shoots, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Can I book multiple chauffeur vehicles for my event?
Yes. We can provide one or multiple vehicles, including convoys, for all events. Availability depends on the date and fleet schedule.
Do you offer airport transfers (commercial and private)?
Yes. We provide airport transfers for both commercial flights and private jet arrivals, with seamless pickup and professional service from start to finish.
