Overview
Luxury Executive Travel provides chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles and motorcycle escort services for weddings, corporate functions, executive travel, school balls, photoshoots, and special occasions throughout Auckland and surrounding regions.
All services are provided with a professional chauffeur. Self-drive rentals are not offered unless explicitly stated in writing.
Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date and vehicle.
- Bookings are confirmed only once written confirmation and deposit payment have been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service date unless otherwise agreed.
Minimum Hire Period
Certain vehicles and event dates may require a minimum hire duration. Minimum booking periods may apply during peak wedding season, public holidays, and major events.
Vehicle Availability
While every effort is made to provide the selected vehicle, Luxury Executive Travel reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control arise (mechanical issues, safety concerns, unforeseen events).
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Ensure all passengers behave respectfully while inside the vehicle.
- Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances inside the vehicle.
- Accept responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
Cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive mess, damage, or misuse.
Cancellations & Changes
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within a specified period prior to the booking date may incur additional charges.
- Changes to booking times or locations are subject to availability.
Delays & Overtime
If service extends beyond the agreed booking period, additional hourly charges may apply. All efforts will be made to accommodate delays where possible.
